Track5000s Lite is a Real Asset Management (RAM) app for mobile devices, providing individuals and organisations with an electronic asset tracking solution. The free app is easy to set up, allowing users to choose their own fields in which to store relevant information about their assets, for example locations, asset types, condition, serial numbers, etc. Once the setup is complete, the app allows an easy and efficient method of adding and updating asset information, by optionally scanning barcode tags and attaching photographs for easy recognition using the device’s camera. Assets are constantly tracked by location, informing the user if an asset has moved or if a new asset should be added to the register.

A simple process also enables assets to be issued or loaned to staff/contractors/students and subsequently returned. Simple search filters inform the user of all issued assets and when these are past their expected return date.
